A Fresh Start for a Forgotten Space

This 19-year-old, 1160 sq. ft. apartment was once in a pretty rough state—dark, worn-out, and far from functional. But it's now getting a brand new lease on life through a thoughtful renovation, aimed at turning it into a modern, minimal, and market-ready home.

Currently a work in progress, the design approach is rooted in minimalism: clean lines, clutter-free layouts, and a focus on bringing out the best in what the space already has to offer. One of the biggest transformations? Maximizing natural light and ventilation. With openings on three sides of the home, the redesign takes full advantage of cross-breezes and sunlight, making the interiors feel brighter, fresher, and far more spacious.

Every element—from materials to layout—is being carefully considered to appeal to today’s buyer: practical, low-maintenance, and aesthetically timeless. The goal isn’t just to make it look good—it’s to make it feel good, too.

What was once neglected is now on its way to becoming a sleek, breezy home ready for new beginnings.
